I didn't get the yacht that I requested. Apparently the yacht's motor broke so I was downgraded to another boat that was small but pretty much paid the same price. I spoke with another customer that same day, he requested the same boat as me and was also downgraded for the same reason but to a better boat than me.. It wasn't a pleasant experience to begin with but luckily the captain was great which made the experience better.
