BY USCG LAWS MAXIMUM ALLOWED IS 12 PEOPLE. Licensed Captain will be onboard. $300.00 an hour with maximum of 4 hours limited to 6 people. Over 6 people, • $300 per hour under 6 Passengers (Captain Included) Over 6 people? $100 per person. Captain not included but paid separately) Will accept a deposit and the captain is paid by you the day of your charter. Please ask for information. Ask for pricing for over 4 hours. Bring your own food, drinks and ice. No "RED WINE" Comfortable clothing for the expected weather. Bring less items due to limited space. No Marijuana (weed), it's illegal on the water! The captain of the boat will be arrested if found! Therefore! Not allowed. Gas is included with your rental agreement. Licensed Captain is include. Up to 6 guests, prices will be adjusted for over six passengers. Please ask about the option to have more than 6 and up to 10 guests
