Full refund will be issued if the cancellation is due to the weather condition or mechanic issues before departure. the boats and jet ski are delivered working perfect if it is damaged after delivery is the responsibility of the person and there is no refund of money or deposit. Please give at least 5 days advanced notice if you decided to cancel due to personal reasons. Smoking is not allowed if the rules are not obeyed the captain has the obligation to finish the trip return to the marina and the money will not be returned. Cancelation policy (deposit is refundable 3 weeks before the rental due date) • In Case of unsafe weather conditions like storms, strong winds, heavy rain, severe thunderstorm. • Date is postponable if mentioned 1 WEEK 100% refund if: 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. 2. Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location.
