HOW TO BOOK TOUR WITH US? 1. Request a free quote!  First, you request a free quote for your planned tour or customized tour. We will send you a quote and program within 12 hours. 2. Any special requests or further changes to the itinerary You study our offer and ask for change to best meet your needs. 3. Agreement on the tour itinerary, book your flight tickets. Once we reach an agreement on the itinerary and price, you may book your international flights and send us the flight information, dates of arrival and departure. 4. Our company makes all the necessary reservations for your tour. Once we receive your confirmation, we will make all the necessary reservations for your vacation. This procedure may eventually lead to changes regarding service availability. 5. Finalization and Invoice After final itinerary confirmed, if total tour price is equal to or less than US $500, we will send invoice for full payment. If total tour price is greater than US $500,  we will send you an invoice and payment link for a deposit of 30% the total amount for your tour. 3% convenience fee will be added. The remain will be paid on arrival (cash is preferred) 6. Passport & Visa You can apply for your Vietnam Visa yourself or just let us get a visa approval letter for you in advance. This service is free when you travel with us. You will bring it and 01 passport-sized photo and pay visa fee to show at the Vietnam Immigration Department at the International airport in the Capital city Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Danang, Nha Trang or Phu Quoc Island. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via email. The following rules apply for cancellations: Cancellations by you + Greater than or Equal to 60 days: 100% refunded + Greater than or Equal to 30 days: 30% of tour forfeited + Greater than or Equal to 14 days: 50% of tour forfeited + Less than 14 days or no show: 100% of tour forfeited Cancellation or modification by us Every effort will be made to operate all tours as advertised but it must be remembered that our tours are planned in advance and due to factors outside our control it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives: + Services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available; + Services of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price; or + Cancellation with a full refund of all money paid. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION We would also like to store and use your personal data for future marketing purposes (for example, sending you our marketing material) unless you have told us that you do not wish us to do so. All personal data you give us (including sensitive personal data) will be kept but we will use only names and contact details for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to receive any marketing material or communications from us. We do not sell personal data to any third party. We occasionally take photos during our tours for use in promotional material. Unless you advise us otherwise, you consent to such use of your photographic/video likeness.
