This was such a great trip, everything was just as stated in the listing. The boat was big with lots of room and amenities. We cruised around, stopped at a swimming hole, loud speaker system. Would definitely book again!

My husband and I with our 10 friends recently had the pleasure of celebrating our joint milestone birthday on Untethered, exploring the mesmerizing beauty of the San Francisco Bay Area! The catamaran itself was a joy to be on. Impeccably maintained, it offered a comfortable and spacious deck where we could bask in the sunlight and enjoy perfect SF summer weather. The indoor area was cozy, clean and modern, providing a great escape when we wanted a break from the elements. From the start, Laura helped me organize an enjoyable trip with the iconic Golden Gate Bridge and beautiful waterfront as just some of our backdrops. She was a key point of contact before we even booked the trip and her enthusiasm about sailing and the Bay Area was contagious. Beyond this trip, she's also given me some great ideas for future trips I had no idea were even possible! One of the key highlights of the day was anchoring in McCovey Cove during the Giants/Red Sox Game. While most of our friends were local to the area, none of them have been able to watch a game from this vantage point. Being able to see, hear and feel the roar of the crowd from the water was a moment we will remember for a long time. Sadly, our plans hit a snag when we discovered that the BBQ, which was supposed to be on the boat, was missing. Turns out, the equipment was cleaned and was inadvertently left it behind before we set sail. While this mishap was inconvenient, as we had to improvise our meal, it didn't define the entire experience. Marcus promptly and professionally addressed the situation and ultimately, we still had an enjoyable time. Despite this hiccup, I'm leaving a 4-star review because I recognize that mistakes happen, and the overall experience was still exceptional. Marcus and Laura promptly addressed the situation and took accountability, which highlights their integrity. The opportunity to explore the bay in a unique way on this lovely vessel are reasons why I would highly recommend Untethered! If you're looking for an unforgettable way to experience San Francisco's stunning views, don't hesitate to contact Marcus and Laura!
