Cancellation Policy

Full refund up to 10 days prior.

Additional Terms & Information

Customers may cancel the charter at least 10 days prior and recieve a 100% refund on deposit less a 5% processing fee. Cancellations from 10-3 daycare subject to a 50% refund on deposit. Cancellations less than 3 days will result in deposit forfeit. In the event that we have to reschedule the charter there will be no cost to the customer or full refund provided.
