Join me for the best adventures you’ll have this summer, on my Mobius surf boat that holds a total of 13 so bring 12 guest total if you like. I am located in Rapid City South Dakota. We have several lakes to pick from in the surrounding area. We will discuss what lake you prefer on the initial phone call and verify the day before as well. Bring your family or a group of friends out for some fun in the sun. I am a very experienced captain with 32 years of experience, safety and fun will be my priority for this experience along with capturing some amazing photos for you to share with friends and family. I will provide everything needed just bring your swim trunks/suit, flip flops and any adult beverages or specialty beverages. I will provide water. Keep in mind there are some epic sunsets and sunrises on the lakes around here so you may want to book around those times in the day to capture that amazing view also. Hello, just a little bit about myself: I’ve been a water baby from the beginning my parents had me out on the lake at six months old and I’ve carried that tradition to my daughter. My first time driving a boat on my own was at eight years old so I have 32 years of experience. I absolutely love wake surfing and would be happy to do my best to teach you, your friends and your family. I can also bring along a tube. Depending on the lake we go to there are quite a few places we can go for fun as well. Some examples: cliff jumping, the beach as well as some coves out of any wind for swimming. All around though I’ve been hosting friend out on my boat for 20 years we always have a great time and I would just like to open that up to the public to share in some fun.

Boat Rental Agreement This Agreement is made on [Date] between [Boat Owner Name] (“Owner”) and [Renter Name] (“Renter”). 1. Rental Period:The boat rental period shall be from [Start Date] to [End Date]. The rental period includes the time for picking up the boat and returning it. 2. Rental Fees:The rental fees for this boat rental shall be [Dollar Amount] per day, with a minimum rental period of [Minimum Rental Period]. Renter shall be responsible for any damage caused during the rental period, including damage caused by Renter or any passenger of Renter. 5. Liability:Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owner from any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind arising from the rental or use of the boat, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. Renter agrees to carry liability insurance that covers the use of the boat. 6. Passengers:Renter agrees not to exceed the maximum passenger capacity of the boat. Renter agrees to be responsible for the conduct of all passengers and shall ensure that they follow all rules and regulations, including safety rules. 7. Cancellation and Refund:Cancellations must be made [Number of Days] days in advance of the rental date. If Renter cancels within [Number of Days] days of the rental date, Renter will be refunded the rental fee minus 50% of the rental fee.
