All bookings should be made 1 week in advance. • Please arrive 20-30 min prior to your charter. • All guests must bring with them Valid ID • No animal or pets can be brought on-board. Cancellation will be effective on the date MY Cruises receives a written cancellation. Amendments to the reservation are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your amendment, however, additional charges may incur. Cancellation 48 hours prior to the trip a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. Cancellation received after 48 hours is nonrefundable. For public holidays, cancellations received within fifteen (15) days of the trip shall be chargeable at 100% of the value. In the event of a no-show, a 100% of the value shall be chargeable.
