Weather is part of the game, while the Seascape is fully conditioned and interior spaces are comfortable, if weather makes us cancel, so be it, full refund. No-shows will be charged the full amount. Late arrival may increase the time for which you pay the captain, but won't affect the rental rate. No red wine, no smoking inside, otherwise have fun!
