The owner will provide a checklist for this purpose. 5. Late Return: A late return fee will be imposed for each hour or fraction thereof that the inflatable boat and motor are not returned by the agreed-upon time. Cancellations made may be subject to a partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances. 9. Weather Conditions: The owner reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the rental in case of adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns. In such cases, the renter will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. 10. Indemnification: The renter agrees to indemnify and hold the owner harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of the use of the inflatable boat and motor during the rental period. By proceeding with the rental, the renter acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional charges or legal action.
