You are welcome to either supply your own captain that meets all of the owner and USCG regulations or you may choose a captain from our reapproved list of captains who have vetted and are familiar with our vessel. Our maximum passenger capacity is 10 people, excluding the captain and crew. Our passenger capacity is regulated for your safety on board. 50% refund up to 7 days prior.

Additional Terms & Information

We offer a 50% refund 7 days prior to your charter, 85% refund 14 days prior, and 100% refund one month prior. No refunds will be provided for cancellations 6 days or less prior to departure. Refunds will not be provided due to inclement weather, small craft advisories, waves over 3 feet high, rip tides and coast guard warnings. In the event of cancellation by the owner for reasons beyond our control you will receive a 100% refund.
