Cancellations and No Show Bookings: No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of you scheduled excursion. No shows are non-refundable. Important Policies: When you charter our boat you will have to sign a hold harmless agreement before boarding, those under 18 must have a legal parent/guardian sign. Children 12 and under must wear a life jacket while the vessel us underway. No smoking or vaping while onboard.
